I work there also!. LISTEN TO ISABEL!. She is soooooo right!. You just order the size you want ( tall, grande, or venti) and ask for the syrup (carmel, vanilla, etc), and tell us the drink (iced coffee)!. It sounds like you don't want a frappucino, they are blended with ice!. You just want iced coffee with caramel syrup!. I also suggest that you try the iced caramel latte!. They are a little more expensive but taste great!. GOOD LUCK!
