Why does skim milk have a blue tint to it?!

In regular milk, both the fat and the casein reflect all frequencies of light!. In skim milk, there is only the casein which reflects the shorter (blue) wavelengths, thus making it appear blueish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Milk will naturally have a slight blue tint to it before it is processed!. However, I have not noticed it with store milk before!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
