Answers:
Yay! I love smoothies :)

Berry Smoothie (this one kind of tastes like Starbuck's Tazoberry tea):
- Frozen Strawberries
- Frozen Rasbperries
- Frozen Blueberries
- Orange, peeled and sectioned
- Green tea (I usually just throw the tea leaves in there - you can use the tea form though)
- Sweetener (like honey or Equal or Stevia or Sugar - though not too much sugar if you want it to be healthy)
- Filtered Water (or just plain tap)

Add to blender and blend till smooth!.!.!.

Yogurt Smoothie:

- Frozen Strawberries
- Frozen Blueberries
- Frozen Raspberries
- Plain Unsweetened Yogurt
- Sweetener (Honey, Equal, Stevia, etc!.)
- Filtered Water (as much to reach the desired consistency - if you like it creamy don't add too much water)

Add to Blender and Blend till rich and creamy

Strawberry Banana Smoothie:

- Frozen or Fresh Strawberries
- Banana
- Plain Unsweetened Yogurt
- Sweetener (Equal, Stevia, etc!.)
- Filtered Water

Add to Blender and Blend till creamy

Banana Smoothie:

- Banana
- Plain, Unsweetened Yogurt (or you can just use already sweetened vanilla yogurt, or any other flavor you want)
- Sweetener (if using the plain yogurt - you don't need it if using regular, sweetened yogurt)
- Lemon Juice (just a splash or so to lighten up and brighten the flavor)
- Filtered Water (as much to reach the desired consistency)

Add to blender and blend

Chocolate Smoothie:
- Chocolate Powder (could use Nestle's cocoa powder with high level of "cacao" which contains antioxidants!.!.!. or any chocolate powder is fine)
- Chocolate Chips (optional)
- Milk (or Almond Milk or Rice Milk if you don't drink milk)
- 1/2 Banana
- Sweetener (don't use sweetener if the cocoa powder you use already contains sugar)
- Ice

Add to blender and blend till smooth and creamy

Spirulina Smoothie:
- Spirulina (which is nothing more than a blue-green algae in powder form
- Chlorella (optional - another form of algae powder)
- 1 or 1/2 Banana
- 1 apple (take the seeds out but add the skin because it adds fiber)
- 1/4 or 1/2 Mango
- Fresh or Frozen Pineapple chunks or slices
- 1 Kiwi
- Sweetener
- Filtered Water

Add to blender and blend

"Green Smoothie"
(this is actually a type of smoothie called a "Green Smoothie" which means it contains both vegetables AND fruit - you could look online for recipes for "Green Smoothies" and they'll have a lot of them):

- Banana
- Orange
- Apple
- Mango
- Red Beets
- Romaine Lettuce
- Carrot
- Celery

You can also make "frapuccinos" in your blender
(I found these two frapuccino recipes online - just google "frapuccino recipe" - Don't drink too much coffee if you're young though):

Frappuccino Recipe #1 -- Thick, Cold, Mocha Flavor
Directions : Serves 2

1 cup extra-strong, cold coffee!. Be sure coffee is very strong!. It will be diluted with equal amounts of ice!.
1 cup crushed ice OR the equivalent in small ice cubes that will crush readily in a blender or drink mixer
2 tb sp good quality cocoa powder
2 tb sp sugar (or to taste)
Optional: 2 tb sp flavored syrup
Combine all ingredients in a blender or drink mixer!. Mix until smooth!. Pour into glasses and garnish recipe frappuccino with whipped cream and shaved chocolate!.
Tip: To make plain frappuccino, omit the chocolate!. Consider adding vanilla syrup or other flavoured syrup for taste!.

Recipe Frappuccino #2 -- Milky Mocha
This recipe is similar to the bottled frappuccino you can buy in supermarkets -- but containing chocolate, of course!.
1/4 cup expresso, chilled
1 cup milk (use low fat milk if you are cutting calories or fat content
2 tb sp good quality cocoa powder
1 1/2 tb sp sugar (or to taste)
Place all ingredients in a drink mixer!. Mix until smooth!. Pour into chilled glasses and if desired, garnish with shaved chocolate or whipped cream!.

You can also use what you have:

Strawberry Milk Shake:
- Strawberry powder
- Fresh or Frozen Strawberries (or Strawberry or vanilla yogurt)
- Milk
- Ice

Add to blender and blend

Chocolate Milk Shake:

- Chocolate powder
- Banana
- Milk
- Ice

Add to blender and blend

also!.!.!.!.

Pina Colada:

- Fresh or Frozen Pineapple
- Can of "Coco Lopez" Cream of Coconut (about 1/2 a can)
- Filtered Water
- Ice

Add to blender and blend

And that's it!.!.!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ice, yogurt (plain, vanilla or whatever flavor you like), frozen fruit of your choice, lowfat milk, a couple tablespoons of honey and blend!. It should come out thick and smooth like a milkshake!. You'll need to play with portions to get the consistancy that you want!.

Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

get strawberry yogurt and blueberry yogurt!. get straw berries and raspberries and blend it together yummyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Smoothies can be hard to make, but the end result is good!. However, I wouldn't recommend making one with pure milk; try low-sugar vanilla ice cream or low-fat yogurt!.

Here's a recipe (serves 4):

1 quart strawberries, hulled
1 banana, broken into chunks
2 peaches
1 cup orange-peach-mango juice
2 cups ice
Add to Recipe Box
My folders:

DIRECTIONS
In a blender, combine strawberries, banana and peaches!. Blend until fruit is pureed!. Blend in the juice!. Add ice and blend to desired consistency!. Pour into glasses and serve!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
