What kind of juice has no sugar in it, but is good for you?????!

Question: What kind of juice has no sugar in it, but is good for you!?!?!?!?!?
Answers:
cranberry or pomegranade but have to be pureWww@FoodAQ@Com

I'm onboard with cranberry or a cranberry juice mix that says 100% juice then you could mix it with water!.!.!.

Cranberry is good for your urinary tract and the mixed versions normally have grape or apple juices in them - go for the 100% juice and water them down!.!.!.

If you are a diabetic - you can try the ones with artificial sweetners in them!.!.!.!.

Most juices do have sugar added (high fructose corn syrup), however they are also naturally high in sugars, read the label under the carbs - it will list the carbs from sugar!.!.

Diabetics should avoid apple juice as it has more sugar than orange juice!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well if you're talking about added sugar then i would say home made orange juice is very good for you (buy oranges and squeeze them ur self) and it tastes good to but if its sugar in general the water is the way to go!. Dont get any "diet" or "no sugar" stuff because the sweeteners are just as bad for you as the sugar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

All fruit juices contain sugar!. If you are restricting sugar because of diabetes!. You should not have juice at all!. You can have sparkling water that has contains no sugar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

cranberry, if you buy it pure it is really quite refreshing and tasty!. it is very strong however and I usually dilute mine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

all juice has sugar if its natural!. You could water it down!. also check vegetable juices they have less sugar than fruit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make your own!. :)

Buy a juicer, & just run the fruit/veggie through it! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

All fruit has natural sugars in them so their juices will too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i think thr kind u likieWww@FoodAQ@Com
