In a blender, place 3 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks, 1 1/4 cups coconut milk, about 3 cups of large ice cubes and 6 tablespoons sugar -- the amount of sugar will depend on the ripeness of the pineapple and sweetness of the coconut milk!. Puree to a smoothie consistency!.
