Tooth decay, high sodium intake=high blood pressure!. too much caffeine etc!. Cut down to 1-2 cans per day, and try and drink decaffeinated sodas(pop)Www@FoodAQ@Com

The sweetener isn't great for you, whether it's artificial or natural, and the acids are very bad for your teeth!. Caffeine, in large doses, can also cause problems!. But I'd say that acid is the biggest one, especially if you like dark colas!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it's regular soda, you're getting a lot of empty calories from the corn syrup!. A can of soda has many calories as a bowl of plain oatmeal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
