Is silk chocolate milk as good as people say it is?!
I've heard a hail-storm of compliments about the Silk Chocolate milk but the name-brand Silk just scares me because of the fact that it's skim milk!. Is it actually really good!? I'm considering buying it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chocolate Silk is really pretty good tasting, and in reasonable amounts, can be good for you!. It is made with soy beans, so it can sometimes give you gas from the beans, although they do filter it to get out most of the fiber!. It is sweet, so read the label!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
