Tips on Smoothie-Making?!

Question: Tips on Smoothie-Making!?
Whenever I make a smoothie, it is either not the right consistency, or the flavor is too light!. I like mines to be thick, but not so thick of ice, the flavor is watered down!. I also like to add sugar, but i've read you could use honey too!. Any tips!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Depends what kind of smoothie your making!.
If your using yogurt it will come out thick!.
If only fruit it will be similar to a watery slurpee!.
If the flavor is to light you can add a strawberry ( or any flavor jam) or syrup or sugar (depending on the flavor)!.

Get a measuring cup and a note book!.
Then use them when making your smoothy!.
Heasure what you put in and write it down, then add a note about how it turned out!.
That way you will know how much of which ingredients you put in and you can read your comments on how it turned out so that you can adjust them next time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love making smoothies and have had the exact same problem in the past!.
Some of my favorite ingredients include:

1!. Fruit applesauce cups Frozen -Strawberry is my favorite
p!.s I just put them in a freezer for a day!.
2!. Yogurt!. Any flavor that you'd like!. Prestirred is the best!.
3!. Fresh Fruit!. Bananas are most people's favorite, however disliking banana I'm more likely to add some frozen raspberries!. Keep in mind some fruits will make it more watery!.
3!. 1 scoop Frozen Minute Maid juices- this is great for extra flavor!.

Hope some of these tips help!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
