Anyone ever had adverse effects from drinking (maxwell house instant )coffee -black ?!
i love coffee i am a true addict if you will!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.about a month now i had to stop drinking milk so i swtiched brands nescafe to maxwell house- i love nescafe with cream but black is just nasty---maxwell house instant black i love it !!! but i noticed i have alot of headaches, the back of my neck hurts and im nauseated quite often !.!.!.!.!.!.im going to stop drinking black coffee !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.has this ever happened to anyone !? i remember feeling weird if i had black coffee as a child over a period of time!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I remember reading somewhere that caffeine sometimes triggers headaches (though, when I have a migraine caffeine does just the opposite)!. It's also a fact that tension headaches can make you nauseated and cause neck pain due to the said tension!. On the other hand!.!.!.probably the caffeine just isn't agreeing with you anymore!. I drink black coffee every single day and I've never had any bad side effects!.!.!.except for the time when I drank two full cups in a row, which made me quite jumpy!. lol!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Do you mix water with it!? Instant coffee does nothing that regular won't!. If you are lactose sensitive use a non-dairy!. But any sane amount of caffeine use should not be too uncomfortable!. More than 3 Vivarin at once could get a little nervy!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
headaches are likely from the caffeine change, I get them if I skip a day of drinking coffee!. Don't know about the neck problems, maybe repost this in the medical/nutrition section will get a better answerWww@FoodAQ@Com
