Answers:
It depends!. Everything is good for you in moderation!. Nothing really is bad for you, it always depends on how much of it you have!. It keeps your bones strong and prevents osteoporosis!. It had protein and vitamin D, and the low fat kind is good for you, but try to stay away from whole milk and cream!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is good for children, if they are not allergic, but you certainly don't need it as an adult!. Personally, I never drink milk but prefer to have cheese and preferably goat's or sheep's milk!. There are many other ways of getting calcium!. Many recent studies have shown that in countries where consumption of milk is highest, there is a greater risk of osteoporosis!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

If its full fat that is bad for you as it will put weight on but if you use semi skimmed milk that's okay, but if anyone is short of calcium i recommend foods like green cabbage, lettuce, celery etc has vitamin C and Calcium to help maintain or boast your system up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is bad, think of all the hormones they inject into the cows (in commercial milk you can find blood and pus--gross!) It's meant to fatten up calves, not people! Soymilk is much better and has more calcium than regular milk!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Some people are allergic or something!. They can't eat anything containing milk!. That is soooooo sad, isn't it!?!?!?!? Well, yeah, milk is good for you!. Unless you are allergic or something!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

milk is calcium which is an important part to nourish your body so drinking milk is very beneficialWww@FoodAQ@Com

It strenthens your bones and teeth and yes overall its good for your whole bodyWww@FoodAQ@Com

all milk is good for you, but what's best is skim because it has no fat in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
