You should take a little glass if you get sick don't drink it any more!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Get the Lactaid brand or Dairy Ease!. Your probably lactose intolerant like me!. I love that milk, it's a lil higher but worth having a bowl of cereal of glass of milk with my cake when I want to!!!! Chocolate milk, pudding, hot chocolate u can use it in everything!. It does taste a lil different, but I actually like it better!.!. There is 100%, 2%, fat free, low fat all types!. The 2% iis what I get!.

maybe just try it and see how it is!. and maybe try the milk made for lactose intolerant ppl, that could be part of it!. and if it turns out you just cant drink milk, make sure u get your calcium in some other way, lyk a multi-vitamin with calciumWww@FoodAQ@Com

try again, if it does not settle with you, get the lactose free kind!. if that does not work, take calcium pills but contact your doctor first before starting any change in your diet!. you doctor can do test to see if you do have a lactose problem!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I try milk again and see what happens!. If you puke try and find a vitamin that gives you the same nutriets as milk does!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try goat milk!. It may take getting used to, but it's really not too bad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
