My coffee maker is making weak coffee, how do I get it stronger?!
I bought a new coffee maker which works fine but when I make coffee, its really weak!. I tried adding more coffee to 2TB of coffee to 6oz of water!. I even tried grinding my coffee to almost powder like!. So why is the coffee maker making such weak coffee!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try using two filters to slow the water down, fi that doesn't work, take it back and try a different model!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I would guess that if you turn it over and look at the label it will say MADE IN CHINA!.
Now, the problem is going to be in the heating system!. They are not made to get hot enough to properly extract the coffee!. You can learn to live with weak coffee or take the thing back where you bought it, and use the refund toward buying a TECHNIVORM which id Made in Netherlands!.
pay $25 to 60 for pitiful coffee maker or get the real deal from the Dutch!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree with the above answers!. Could be that you bought a cheap coffee maker, or that the coffee is cheap itself, or that it could be the water is running too fast with a thin thin filter!.
My answer is that the water isn't hot enough!. Try this experiment: Microwave the water until it is hot enough, and pour it in the coffee maker!. If it's still not working, well, either way, get a new coffee maker!
Target sells one that is programmable to make coffee for you when you wake up!. It's pretty good!. You just have to put water in it, and it's $24!.99!.!. good luck with whatever you choose to doWww@FoodAQ@Com

Normally, I would say to run 2 cups vinegar and 10 cups water through the coffee maker, to get that good tasting coffee again!.
Since its a new coffee maker I would suggest thinner filters!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
