Tea - Green tea, Oolong Tea, various Chinese teas are all excellent and some are with and without caffeine for those who want the caffeine in their drink!. also, it does not give you "coffee breath", or stain your teeth, like coffee does!. Just look at the inside of a coffee pot, and imagine that is your insides!.!.yuck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Although I sometimes enjoy a cup of coffee with dessert, I usually stick to tea!. It's better for you, and it has much less acid - for those with ulcers, coffee is one of the worst things you can drink!.
