Green tea is full of vitamin C!. There is caffeine in black tea, not as much as in coffee, but if you drink a good Yunnan for breakfast, it really wakes you up!. Tea can only be bad for you if you drink a lot of it and have an iron deficiency in your blood!.
Creative ways of drinking tea!? I make iced tea with scented green teas!. I use one tablespoon of tea in half a liter (a pint!? sorry, I am French!.!.!.) of COLD water, and put it in the fridge for about an hour!. Then filter it!.
