yes I think the salt in it can and make your stool a funny color as well as sick!. I know because we drink a product at my work called Squencher which is the same thing really!. I'm not sure if its the salt that can make you feel sick or like drinking to much water you mess up your electrolyes balance which is one the reasions your body makes you pee (to maitain a certain electrotlye balance as well as eliminate free radicals (waste)!. I know expert, I was in a medical program once so I sort of know what I'm talking about!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Define too much!.!.!. A gallon a liter!?!?!? Although offering up eloctrolytes to keep your juices flowing it also has the salt content of a bucket of the pacific ocean!. It's better to drink a mix 1/2 water 1/2 gatorade or just water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
not that i no of but i herd that gatorade is bad for you when you drink it will not exercising and that some water couses kidney stone so no liquids are safeWww@FoodAQ@Com
never has made me sick but of course i have never drank a whole bunch at a time proably if u drink like 20 gallons proably but otherwise only 2 bottles won'tWww@FoodAQ@Com
