probably because all of the acid in it and because lemons are so sour!!! lol, why not just drink lemonade!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Basically it is just the acid and the sourness!.

The acid thins the mucuous lining, so it tickles until more mucuous forms!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
