Does "Red bull" have an effect on you?!
i drank one last week at work because i was sleepy!.!.!.it had no effect on me and i drunk it on an empty stomach!.!.!.so all this stuff i hear about redbull isn't trueWww@FoodAQ@Com

red bull is one of the weakest energy drinks there is!. let me put it this way!. a red bull is 80 mgs of caffeine!. a coffee is on average 100!. a jolt is 120 or 140 (i forget) and a is 285!. stinger is 300!. for the average human it would take about 300 for heart problems and in extreme cases or ones involving more than 300 can mean !.!. that is someone who isnt really a major caffeine user!. so red bull is not going to barley effect you if at all!. i on the other hand dont feel a thing until i hit like 150-200!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
To me, Red Bull does effect me, but so does NOS, Monster, and Rockstar, and even coffee, it makes me more alert, and in most cases on end (scared because I am alert)

No, it does not make me energized, and I do not fancy the taste of it either!. Frankly I think people drink it because they would like "wings" and not for the taste and as it has been proved it's not helpful in the energy department so there is no reason to drink it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i dunno i found that redbull works before a work out when ur slaking , but no other affect on any other occasion
