Different teas have different strengths in flavour!. As you like your strong I would suggest a heap teaspoon to start with and let it brew a few minutes to colour darker!. This should be slipped and see if it is strong enough for you!. If not put one and a half teaspoons in next time, add more if you still think it is weak!. It is all individual taste and you are the only one that will know if it is right for you!. Trial and error is the only way!. Enjoy your tea!Www@FoodAQ@Com

the general rule is one tablespoon per 6 oz, so that rational, you need 3 tablespoons!. But, if the leaves are good quality, you'll be able to steep the leaves up to 3 or 4 times! That's the beauty of loose leaf tea, more steepings!. And no, you didn't sound like some kind of shaman!. Not at all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Apothecary is still the word in German for drugstore!. Vitamins and minerals are known to have different potencies, But it is clear that you like what we call "strong" tea!. I would normally use only 1 teaspoon per cup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
