How to make a home-made root beer?!

Very difficult to do from scratch, but root beer extract is available from numerous sites on-line as are the directions for making root beer!. Essentially you use good water, sugar, and yeast and make beer, flavoring it with a good root beer extract!. Take some care with the bottles you select for bottling root beer as some pressure will result from the fermentation process!. Step1
Take clean empty 2L bottle and fill with 1C of sugar and 1/4 tsp of dry active yeast by using funnel!. Shake ingredients in bottle!.
Step2
Place 12/C of honey and 1TBSP of Root beer extract in bottle again using funnel!. You may also rinse honey and extract from funnel by using cool water and into bottle!. Fill bottle 1/2 full with cool water and shake ingredients till all are dissolved!.
Step3
Once ingredients are dissolved fill rest of bottle with cool water!. Place bottle in a warm place for 4 days!. Before drinking place bottle in fridge chilling 24 hours before drinking!. Open cap slowly and with care!. Great with ice cream!

Texas Root Beer Cocktail
Ingredients
25ml/1fl oz Vodka
1 tbsp Galliano
1 tbsp coffee liqueur
cola, to top up
squeeze lime juice
Method
1!. Pour the vodka, Galliano and coffee liqueur into a highball glass in layers!. Top up with cola and a squeeze of fresh lime juice
