Ok!. I used to drink redlines alot!. Don't do it! I had so many issues with caffeine addiction because of them!.
The maximum (!!!) is 1/2 per day!. I was up to 1 per day!.
Stick to coffee!. Or at least an energy drink that's not as potent!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
