I try to have water with every meal!. I notice I have more breakouts and my urine smells when I drink less water, so I do my best to get my 8 glasses in every day!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I drink water with meals if my stomach is being sensitive that day or if it is the only drink to drink at the time!.

I almost never drink soda so I would say every meal!. However, I will consume OJ or Crystal Lite or coffee in lieu of water, but it's still not fizzy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
