Will iced coffee and iced tea discolor my teeth?!
I really try to limit myself on how much I drink, but will like 1 or 2 cups a month discolor my teeth!? And does drinking through a straw help!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Whether it's iced or hot it still contains the same ingredients that can discolor teeth!. Drinking through a straw does help because it limits the amount of liquid that touches the front of your teeth!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Yes!. The tannins in tea, and coffee's natural brown color will stain your teeth, no matter how little you drink!. Brushing right afterward will limit damage, but tea and coffee are not compatible with pearly white teeth!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
