Answers:
If you have a scale, 3 oz!. of ground coffee per pot is an ideal amount for a bold pot without going overboard!. That's roughly equivalent to 3/4 cup if you don't have a scale!.

Most places tend to use about 2 oz!. per pot or about 1/2 cup, but for me, that's a bit too weak!. It depends a bit on the coffee you are using, how dark it is roasted, how fine it is ground, etc!. but you can adjust from these measurements to taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Read the instructions on the coffee container!. If you use ground coffee, some say one tablespoon for each six to eight ounces (six ounces = stronger, eight = weaker)!. However, a Starbucks brand I received as a gift instructed to use two tablespoons and it was very strong!. It varies with the brand and type of roast, etc!.!.!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just keep cutting back a little each time you make it!. When it gets too weak and tastes blah, remember that amount!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
