Is Powerade just as bad as soda? why?!

Power Aid is better than soda but it is still full of sugars, synthetic sugars, and artificial colors!. If you are looking for good stuff to drink, stay away from those things!. Drink 100% juices with no added sugar and no artificial ingredients!. You could also drink soda water with lime wedges in it!. Just check the label, there should be 1-8 ingredients in it, and you should know what they are!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, Powerade and Gatorade both have a lot of sugar in them!. Actually, though, just found out that Gatorade and Powerade have this stuff in them that strips the enamel in off your teeth!. Soda, as you probably know, has way way huge amounts of sugar, too!. So yeah, they're pretty much equal!. If I were you, I'd stick to water, juice, and I just tried this great stuff called Vitamin Water!. Either that, or Life Water!.
