I've never herd of an energy drink reducing hunger and i don't really think its possible!. I play football too and alot of times after working out I just don't feel like eating and will often only have a small snack later in the day but I usually eat ALOT!. As far as the good things about energy drinks alot of them do give you alot of vitamens and other things supposidly good for you like taureen(this has bull sperm in it if you didn't know lol)!. You also get that rush from the caffene especially nos but they'll also dehydrate you alot!. If your playing football i'd deffinetly cut back on energy drinks and soda!. Not completely unless your a super dedicated athlete(boring) but don't drink as much!. You'll be better hydrated and probably get more sleep leaving you better rested!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would drink Milo for an energy drink!.
By the way, Coca cola Singapore at Tuas took over many of the soda brands and other brands already!. In Singapore, Sprite, Schweppes, F&N, A&W Root Beer, 100 Plus, Minute Maid refreshment/Nourishment, Qoo, Heaven & Earth Green Tea, Seasons drink and Ice Mountain mineral water are now all under Coca Cola Singapore!.
