What does water actually do for you?!
i read that water flushes out the fat and toxins from your body!. is that true!? and does it still work if you put like some water flavoring in it!? (crystal light, hawaiian punch)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Water will only flush out fat if you use fat!. No matter how much water you drink it will not flush out fat unless you do not eat enough food and your body taps into your fat reserves!.
Water maintains our temperature, helps our blood transport nutrients, flushes our system of toxins, removes body waste, helps to lubricate joints, gives us energy, helps our organs function properly, helps the brain to function, and improves our skin!.
We can get water from foods and other drinks as they contain water!. The only exception is drinks with alcohol or caffeine in them!. Both of those dehydrate and do not count towards water intake!. In fact extra water must be consumed to offset the dehydrating effects!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pure water is best!. The extra sugars are not good for you, whether it's fake sugar or real sugar!. Cancer cells feed off of both, and everyone has cancer cells in their body!. Water does many good things for us!. Yes, it helps flush out toxins and impurities, it helps keep skin clear, keeps the brain hydrated, and helps relieve water retension!. If we don't drink enough water, our body thinks it needs to store water, therefore making us weigh more!. But if we constantly drink water throughout the day, our body says "hey, you're drinking plenty of water so I don't have to store it"!. You will have to pee alot, but this is healthy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, indeed water does do that and much more!. But if we put flavoring and stuff!.!.it still have all the function of water cuz it itself is also water, but however, of course it is still bad for us due to the large amount of usage of sugar and colouring!. So the best is still pure waterWww@FoodAQ@Com

That is true!. Flavorings, esp!. those with artificial sweeteners, (crystal light, etc!.) are not good for you!.
Try adding a bit of lemon juice and about a tablespoon of sugar!. Its good for a little kick of flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That is true!. If you add that stuff to it though, I don't think it has the same effect!. Your adding chemicals into your body by adding that stuff, which obviously wouldn't flush out your body of fat and toxins!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
