You want to use stawberries and bluberries!?
Well, orange juice will make any smoothie a little better in my opinion, but your choice!.
Mix 3oz of strawberries and the same amout of blue berries (unless you want one taste to over power the other!.!.)
Then, just mix one half cup of non fat plain vanilla yogurt to make it creamy!. No, you cant taste the yogurt, unless you get the plain kind, that'll make it sour!.
Add 8oz of ice and blend on up!
Feel very free to mix and match the fruits, there are sooo many delicious combonations!Www@FoodAQ@Com
