Question: I just bought the 3 Ballerina Tea, how much should I drink per day, per week!? Any advise please!.

I just bought the 3 Ballerina Tea since I haven't been regular on going to the restroom!. I was wondering how many cups I should drink and what time I should drink it!. Any advice on this would really help out!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

As it is a senna based laxative I would not use it more than 2 days in a row!. Drink 3 cups first thing in the morning and lots and lots of water after that !. Dehydration is a major cause of constipation Www@FoodAQ@Com
