Caffeine health problems?!
i have recently discovered that caffeine is the greatest drug on earth!. it has since become a habit to chug 5 or 6 amp energy drinks in about a 5 minute period before going out for a night!. addiction aside, how bad is this for my pancreas and is there anyway to minimize the damageWww@FoodAQ@Com

large amounts of caffine can thicken your blood and make you more likely to clot easily
if you do this before a night out then im sure you will be fine as the eneergy you are given will be used up if you are dancing and moving from club to club
caffine drinks cant be too bad for you in the long run if you use it up as this is how athletes keep high energy
5 bottles before leaving for a club once a week shouldnt be too bad as you are using the energy up and also not doing it everyday to a very excessive mount!.
keep an eye on your blood though every now and again prick your self on your finger (side preferablly) and just get used to how thick your blood is and if you see it change then i would stop drinking them for quite a while
in the uk we can get tablets called pro plus which have a high caffeine content and should lift you up more and also they will have health warnings on them that you will be able to stick to and also look out for
energy drinks actually work by having the same amount of salt content as your own sweat for some scientific reason
