How to make soda water?!
i was told that a kitchen appliance would be needed to make it!. that maybe in bb&b i would find it, but i need the name of the appliance!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is called a seltzer bottle!. You fill the bottle partly with cold water and then screw down a small, compressed carbon dioxide cylinder into the valve which releases the carbon dioxide into the bottle!. Shake it a bit, and you have a stream of soda water when you squeeze on the lever!. Keep it in the refrigerator!. So you need to buy the bottle and a box or two of CO2 cylinders!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
