Iced tea and hot tea??Does it help?!


Question: Iced tea and hot tea!?!?Does it help!?
I was just curious but I drink so much iced tea and hot tea!. Does that help my body in anyway!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes!. Teas are very beneficial for us!. Some more than others!. The green/white teas are better than the black/red teas!. More antioxidents and less caffeine!. Oolong falls in the middle!.

Just like anything though too much is not good!. Tea is either sweetened or we do it ourselves so that is extra sugar, carbs, and calories that we don't need especially when doo much is consuemd!. also caffeine takes more water to process than tea provides!. So it takes it from our bodies which dehydrates us!.

We also do not want to consume caffeine within at least 4 hours of going to bed!. Plus consuming more than 300mg of caffeine in a day is bad for us too!. Green/white teas have 30mg per serving and black/red has 50mg per serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't drink a lot of hot thing and cold things together !!!

Cold thing are bad for u because egg!. ur stomach is like a gas if u put ur gas on and then put water on it then it will run out of fire!

The same way when ur stomach is burning the food to digest it will stop and that is not good so!!

When u even drink water try to drink room temperature water !
