Cranberry juice has wonderful benefits for the body!. Unfortunately, most juices have a high sugar content, so more than 8 -10 ounces per day isn't recommended!. This applies to all juice, not just cranberry juice!. I would recommend buying cranberry juice without all of the additives!. Knudson's makes one called "Just Cranberry!." It doesn't have any sugar added so your best bet is to put a small amount in a large water bottle and then fill the bottle with water!. If this is too tart, try a light cranberry juice with Splenda!. I hear sugar substitutes only cause cancer in lab rats!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
