Answers:
Powdered creamer can be full of preservatives!.!.chemicals basically!.!.!.it is in no way healthier than consuming real milk or cream!.!.even if it was good for you you can always get too much of a good thing!Www@FoodAQ@Com

My friend died from taking too much creamer in her coffee!. She had a heart attack, and could barely breathe her last 2 months of life!. She also had kidney and liver problems and her blood was turning an awful brown color when she bled from her constant nose bleeds due to the excessive intake of creamer!. I suggest your husband stops using so much!. But it's just a suggestion!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not any worse for you than the liquid kind, if you're worried about sugar intake, just ask him if he would mind you both trying different coffee flavorings together!. You can try milk, silk(vanilla), and this other form of sweetner called Stevia!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've never heard of it being bad for you!. I would think it's healthier than using real cream or milk!. My husband does the same and adds tons of sugar!. At 60, he's way healthier than I am and I take care of myself!.
If he likes the flavor, I'd leave it alone!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
