Neither, they're both highly acidic and full of high fructose corn syrup, so enjoy your hyper-fattening, tooth-rotting cola!.
I'm not a super health nut, but the fat gained from HFCS is difficult to burn, and you really don't want your teeth rotting!. Seriously, cola has a pH value lower than 4, and 5!.4 or so is the level where enamel corrosion starts!. For comparison, pure water is 7, neutral!.
If you must drink pop, drink something with real sugar in it, and with all snacks and sugary stuff, use moderation, don't replace meals with it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pepsi tastes much nicer!. I don't like Coke because it gives your teeth a sugary coating which has a gritty feel!. Diet coke is even worse because it tastes terrible!. Pepsi Max is the best :)!. I guess in the end though it depends on the ratio of water to cola ingredients!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
