To make tea:
Boil water in a teapot!. When water is bubbling and steaming, turn off teapot!. Add tea bag or loose tea(usually a large pinch or spoonful will do)!. Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes!. If you prefer stronger tea, add an extra tea bag and/or steep longer!.
If the tea is too bitter, you can serve it with milk, honey, lemon, sugar, cacao, etc!.
also, bitterness depends on the flavor of tea you select!. I suggest a fruity tea (like apricot or berry) or peppermint!. Green tea is also quite good -- after the water boils let is stand for about 5 minutes before adding tea bag!.
For individual cups, pour boiling water in cup and add one tea bag, steeping for 3-5 minutes!.
FYI, if you purchase teabags from Celestial Seasonings or Twinings, they have instructions on the side of the box!.
