My dentist says both coffee and tea will stain the teeth if you drink either often!. (Being awake is worth it!) He says twice-yearly cleaning can remove it, but if you let it go a year, some of the yellowing or brown discoloration may not be fully removable!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
