Fruit juice concentrate?!
When it says made form concentrate on a fruit juice carton, what does concentrate mean, some say 10% concentrate so is that bad or goodWww@FoodAQ@Com

and is often higher in sugars!.!.
lower in natural vitamins and antioxidants
avoid any and all concentrate juices

it means they took the water out, then added it back in later!. As far as nutrition goes, its the same thing - it just might not taste as fresh!. Its like after you freeze something and defrost it!. The nutrition is the same, it just doesn't taste as fresh, because its not!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
