Is cream of coconut the same as coconut milk?!
I have been looking through my little bar tending guide and many of the drinks call for cream of coconut!. I went to the store and all I could find was coconut milk!. I am fairly sure that it is not a type of cream liqueur!. So is cream of coconut simply coconut milk!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

No!. Coconut milk is about the same consistency as non-fat milk!. (kind of watery) Cream of Coconut is a thick sugary substance!. Like a paste almost!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
