Good heavens, people, not EVERYTHING at McDonald's is bad for you (apple dippers, salad without dressing, a small burger, etc!. are all reasonable food choices)!. Like any place else, you just have to be conscious of what you're eating, and not overdo anything!. The McDonald's website has nutrition information!. Here's the link to the information on the sugar-free vanilla iced coffee, medium size!. It's not at all bad!. 90 calories, all from the light cream, a reasonable amount of fat, sodium and carbs!. I wouldn't drink more than one a day (I don't drink more than one a week, actually)!. If you drink the kind with sugar, the calories will go up!. EDIT: The medium caramel iced coffee has 190 calories: not the 300 or 600 reported by people who didn't bother to look it up!.

Omg, i love that stuff, but honestly, EVERYTHING in McDonald's is bad for you, make your own iced coffee, because McDonald iced coffee has at least 600 calories!. no joke!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Of course anything you over indulge in is bad for you!. The calorie count maybe 300 calories as they use cream in it and lots of it!.Then there is the sugar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know if this is everywhere, but if you flip over the sheet on the "To stay" tray, it will say how much calories are in everything!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, too much of anything and all of that!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but certainly it is full of fat and sugar!. If you enjoy them that much, have them as a treat in moderation!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

once in a while it is ok!.
you do not want to know the calories!.!.!.tooooo many
