Banana Foster! Alcohol?!

the recipe calls for rum or banana liquer!. but the alcohol cooks out!. thats why there are all the flames in it!. when the flames go out, there goes all the alcohol!. so it's up to the parents if kids eat it or not!. but it is real yummy, especially over vanilla ice cream!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
