It depends on what you like!. There are slightly bitter smoothies to overly sweet smoothies!. Try this !.!.!. http://www!.smoothie-recipe!.com/ !.!.!.I use them all the time!. I tend to prefer grabbing some fruit and juices I like and playing around with them sugar and/or yogurts until it tastes good to me!. Maybe I should start writing them down!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Heres really quick smoothie!
Just add a couple scoops of ice cream(what ever kind you like!I love chocolate)!.
and about 1/2 a cup of frozen mix berry's
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract!.
1 teaspoon of sugar!.
And blend for about 3 minutes!.
