Answers:
I've been told by our pediatrician no coffee until they're 13 or 14 and even then it'll only be a few times a year!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Coffee does not stunt your growth or make you shrink!.

However it has more caffeine than any other drink and is not recommended for anybody 12 and under!. Same thing with energy drinks even though they have slightly less caffeine!. No energy drink maker recommends them for kids!. But as with most things people do what they want anyhow!.

Caffeine dehydrates us and depletes our bodies of calcium and B vitamins!. It in creases heart rate and stimulates the mind and nervous system!. Since coffee has so much is why it is not suppose to be used by kids!. It simply is too much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, it's all a bunch of rubbish!. It's like saying eating late at night will make you fat, or carbs will give you diabetes!. Don't believe that!. I'm a coffee and tea addict, and have been since I was 11!. In my culture, kids drink tea when they're five(I'm Indian!.) And I've reached 5'6"!. My predicted height is 5'7", and I'm still growing(I'm only 16)!. No, he can still drink coffee in moderation(once or twice a day is okay) if he wishes to!. It won't stunt his growth by any means!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Let me put it this way!.!.!.I started drinking coffee when I was like 15, 5'6" tall!. I'm still 5'6"!.

Hope that answers your question!.
