What's your favorite herbal tea?!
I live in a hilly deciduous woodland area in West Virginia!. Many different kinds of plants, both edible species and poisonous ones, grow wild around here!. This year, I spend a few months learning how to identify them, and I've discovered how to make a nice tea from wild spearmint and yarrow leaves, which grow nearby!. Excellent flavor!. I've dried and put up enough herbal tea to make myself an occasional cup from now until next year!.

I would probably go with Vanilla Jasmine!. That's some good stuff!.
