I stopped drinking soda due to its so unhealthy!.

Answers:
The best options for drinks are water and fresh fruit/vegetable juice!.
Anything that you buy in a bottle or a can is full of sugar(natural or not) and not good for you!.
You can make your own iced tea at home by brewing the tea bags and adding the required amount of water and ice!. You can add honey for sweetness!. That is so much better than the kind you get in the store!.
Gatorade is a bunch of garbage and you should not drink that!. It's all sugar and chemicals!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

u guys are idiots!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.instead of drinking gatorade, drink powerade, it is almost the same, but less sugar and it is actually healthier for you than water!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.i kno, i kno, nothing is better for you than water, right!? WRONG! it has been proven that water doesn't provide all the vitamins and minerals assential for life!. basically, if the only the only thing you could drink was water or powerade, i would choose powerade!.

What was concerning you!? If it was the calories, you can consume just as many with your new choices as with soda!? If it was the acid and its effects on your teeth, you new choices would be healthier, but still packed with calories!.!.!.!.

Excluding the fact that soda and the drinks you mention may have lots of sugar soda is worse because the carbonation prevents you from absorbing calcium!. The vitamin water is probably your best bet!. Good Luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

carbonation is the enemy of teeth, as is sugar!. sooooo, ice tea can be very healthy if you don't add sugar, or at least just a bit of it!. try lemon instead, or a bit of honey!. tea is full of antioxidants!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Vitamin Water has a LOT of sugar in it!.
If you get fresh-brewed iced tea, that's pretty good, but if you get the bottled/flavored kind, it's full of sugar as well!.
