From what I know nectar juices aren't healthy for you, because they only have the nectar with added water and artificial sugar/flavor!. It is much better and probably just as cheap to get natural juice, which has 100% concentration of the juice instead of the nectar and has no added preservatives!. It is healthier to drink natural juices to get the essential vitamins needed for your body!. Different vitamins have different attributes, some are anti oxidants or even make your blood healthier by allowing the red blood cells to carry more oxygen!. I am not sure about the specifics, but definitely change your habit from drinking nectar juice to natural juice!. I also play tennis :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you need the sugar, that's one thing but juice is acidic (just like soda) and it can erode the enamel on your teeth!. Once the enamel is gone - it doesn't come back!. Plus, it'll cause sensitivity when you eat/drink anything hot/cold!.

Try cutting the juice with water - it'll help reduce some of the acidity!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Juice is GOOD for you, but too much sugar isn't:) Make sure you get 100% juice!. Be careful, because some of the labels says 100% Vitamin C, but when you read the back label it says 27% juice:) So, you're getting alot of sugar water there:) !.!.!.!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

STOP DRINKING SODA FOR SURE and start drinking juice it is so much better for you compared to sodaWww@FoodAQ@Com

Juice from the store has a lot of sugar in it!. Buy a juicer and make your own juice uber healthyWww@FoodAQ@Com
