Is vitamin water better than pop?!

Question: Is vitamin water better than pop!?
I quit drinking pop and have been drinking vitamin water every once in a while!. I have a healthy lifestyle, and I don't rely on the water for my vitamins, I mostly just like the taste because it helps stay away from pop!. Is this what I should be drinking!? Or is it just as bad as having pop!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Yes!!! Soda is about the worse thing you can drink healthwise besides alcohol!. And thats even better for you than soda!Www@FoodAQ@Com

note the one you choose it is better than pop by far but water is the best of all!. the vitamins are good for you if you are not getting them in food but food and in normal amounts are good but the best is natural!.
note that most have chemical flavorings added!. some artificial color and the bottles are made of plastic it would be better to get them from water period just like washing clothes your insides need water!. every cell in your body needs water!. wash each cell our and recommended 6 to 8 glasses per day!. up to 10 for the first week if you can stand it and do not get washed out!. you need 1 tsp salt per every 10 glasses of water and the easy way is Gatorade ice punch is best because it does not have chemical colors added!. then you get the glucose and sodium in a more natural state that the body composition needs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Vitamin water is definitely better than pop, but it's a rip-off!. You're better off finding a regular water that you like (tap is just as healthy as bottled with a much lower carbon footprint) and just drinking that!. If you want vitamins and minerals and calcium, try nonfat milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is better in the fact that you are not consuming carbination but, it is just another form of sugar!. just because it says vitamin in the title does not mean it is a healthy alternative!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Vitamin water is way, way,WAY better than drinking pop!. But!.!.!.bleghhh!.!.!.to me it tastes bad, but if you like it, you should stick to drinking vitamin water to be healthier!. I crave regular water :P!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
