Pepsi addiction?????!
I have a pepsi addiction and cant stop drinking it!.!.!.i ben drinking pepi since forever!.!.!.!.i drink about 2-6 liters a day im not fat or anything!.!.!.i just kicked the 6 cans 16!.9oz if red bull cause they cost to much!.!.!.!.any ideas would be great!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I can tell you this!. That is a boat load of caffeine!. I bet you have sleeping problems, headaches, muscle and other body aches and pains too!. You may be tired too from severe dehydration!. Your body is also probably severely depleted of calcium and B vitamins!. You should have your kidneys looked at too!. No joke!. Before it is too late!. My sister had to have kidney replacement at 33!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

this is one of the worst things for ur health!. any carbonated drink takes away the calcium content in ur body, so u must replenish it!. try taking calcium chews/pils/ and drinkin TONS of milk!
1: try to slowly ween urself off of pepsi, try three liters a day for 2 days, then 2 liters a day for 2 days!. then one liter a day for 2 days, then one can a day with some of these drinks to try:
2: tea, normally bottled like arizona tea or fuze!. but if u like tea bag(hehe) tea try celestial seasons(available @ aby grocery store)
juice: i reli like bolthouse farms because they are super healthy and taste great!. but reli any kind of specialty juice that isn't just sugar-water is good!.
smoothies: SMOOTHIE KING baybay!! this stuff is awesome!. u can customize ur own smoothie, and and any kind of healthy mix in(CALCIUM!!) to put into ur drink!.
during ur weening off pepsi week, try putting metamucil or powders like it that will dissolve into ur drink w/out the taste!.
and always take a daily vitamin!

I think they put a distinct taste in pepsi than other soda's because if u smell it closely, it has a addicting smell!. If you like fizzy drinks, then try the big bottle's of coke or other drinks from sainsbury's!. They cost lesser!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
