Can you mistake thirst for hunger?!

Question: Can you mistake thirst for hunger!?
Answers:
it happens all the time! lolWww@FoodAQ@Com

Absolutely!. a lot of the times when people feel hungry, drinking a glass of water will take care of it!. Most of the water we consume is from food, so the feeling of hunger and the feeling of thirst are very closely related!. if you drink more water throughout the day you won't feel hungry as often, and you'll be less inclined to eat more food than you need!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most definitely!. If you think you are hungry drink a glass of water!. If you are still hungry after 15 minutes then you are hungry!. If not then you were just thirsty!.

The book Prescription for Nutritional Healing, now in its 4th revision/edition has a whole chapter on water and they talk about this!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, if you feel hungary then try drinking some water, if you still feel hungry then you obviously need food otherwise it was just thirstWww@FoodAQ@Com

When you're not sure, see if water fills that need!. Wait maybe 10 minutes then decide if you're hungry!. It doesn't hurt to carry healthy snacks and water with you wherever you go!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yeah, I've done that before!. I'll go get a drink of water, and then I'll say to myself, "DANG! I'm hungry!"
