Good tasting energy drinks?!


Question: Good tasting energy drinks!?
For me school starts at 7:35 and I'm not a morning person so i started drinking energy drinks every morning!. I know its bad for me but i could care less!. Anyways every energy drink I've had so far tastes really bad, what are some good energy drinks!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

So, I'm assuming you've tried Red Bull, which does taste pretty gross!. I've drunk quite a few energy drinks, and my favorites are Full Throttle (not really the blue one though, it tastes a bit like overripe bananas) and Jolt (which comes in a bunch of different flavours!. The silver one tastes like Sprite or Mountain Dew, the orange one tastes like orange soda, and the cola one tastes like, well, cola)!.

also, if you have some form of coffee shop nearby, try mochas (white chocolate mochas especially, if they have them)!. I don't like plain coffee but I absolutely adore mochas!

The best tasting ones available is XS energy drink!. They did not get to be the 2nd largest selling and the fastest growing whiteout being good!.

Don't forget some basics too though!.

1!. Get enough sleep!. There is no replacement no mater how many energy drinks we have!.

2!. Get plenty of water!. It is a natural energizer!. I drink 2 glasses as soon as I wake up and I rarely need to have an energy drink in the mornings!. When dehydrated we feel tired!.

3!. Take a good quality multi vitamin/mineral supplement!. Proper nutrition increases energy too!. With supplements you get what you pay for though!. Most store bought ones are not worth the money!.

4!. If you need a boost regularly then add a good quality multi B complex!. The B vitamins help with energy!. People will say to just use B12 but the B vitamins work together so they must be taken together!. also adding in a good quality ginseng with ginko biloba helps with enrgy too!.

5!. A good breakfast will provide you with fuel and keep you going too!.

6!. Green tea, either with breakfast or taken with your morning supplements will help!. It increases your energy and metabolism!. Plus it if full of antioxidents and has some caffeine for an extra boost!.

7!. Exercise!. When we are fit we feel better during and more energized during the day!.

Now if you still need a boost from time to time don't worry, we all do!. But people should not have to have coffee and energy drinks every morning just to get by!. If they do then they are doing something wrong!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do you realize that even though you're young, by drinking those, you put yourself at risk for a stroke!? Those drinks are loaded with much more caffeine than coffee and they can actually make your red blood cells become sticky, which can lead to a clot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Its really unhealthy to be drinking energy drinks that early in the morning, even though u already know that i thought i'd just say it hehe :)
