I've lost 15 pounds just by switching from Diet Coke to Arizona Iced Tea. What's the reason for this?!

Question: I've lost 15 pounds just by switching from Diet Coke to Arizona Iced Tea!. What's the reason for this!?
I never feel bloated anymore since I've cut down on drinking soda about 90 percent!. It seemed that the bloating always carried with it a weight gain!. Now I never have the bloat and it's ridiculously annoying discomfort!. Does iced tea instead of Diet Coke speed up the metabolism as well as relieve that gassy stomach you can get from drinking soda!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

awesome!. the next best thing would be to brew your own tea and sweeten it yourself to control the sugar content!. If you are drinking diet iced tea, I would personally watch the aspartame intake!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
